Several firms we recommend (depending on need) - who will assist with various needs including OSHA compliance regulations, safety training, IIPP (Injury Illness Prevention Program).  They will work with you to advise on worker comp claims, with goal of closing injuries and reducing your experience modifier.

If your company has a payroll system you are happy with – stay with them!  If not, we have firms that can help, depending on level of service and/or style of payroll.  Payroll is never a “one size fits all” - and we know this well.  We will discuss your needs and recommend the service we think can best manage your needs.

Every company needs workers comp, General Liability, Property, possibly other insurance needs.  You should carry an EPLI (Employee Practices Liability Insurance) policy.  We will discuss your needs and then match you with the one or two best insurance brokers who can manage all of your needs.  RTC will attend meetings and make sure you have what you need.

You may or may not want to set up a 401K or health care benefits for your employees.  If you choose to proceed, we will recommend one or two providers who will carry every kind of plan you may want or need.  We can review all the options and help you select what your team needs, and what will help you maintain strong employee retention.

RTC stays with you through the meetings and selections on all of the above services and will continue to help you navigate these services you choose throughout the years. RTC will meet with you at least quarterly to make sure all these services are matching expectations.
