My father (Roger F. Reedy Sr.) was a small business owner in Los Gatos/San Jose area for over 45 years.  He started and ran Reedy Engineering, a consulting firm. I saw as a child growing up what it meant to our family to risk everything to get this start up off the ground.  My dad was a brilliant consultant in the nuclear power industry, working with all the major suppliers, but he still had to deal with payroll, HR, risk, workers comp, and many other small details that were critical to any business.  He took a chance on lawyers, brokers, and consultants to help him with these details.  Sometimes he was lucky and found good advisors, other times not so lucky. What he didn’t have was someone on the outside to direct traffic, vet the services, and get him valued assistance. 

I was too young back then to assist my dad, but today it’s my mission, as CEO of RTC, to make sure that small and medium sized businesses I partner with have the most trusted advisors on their side.  I have worked with the best (and the worst) lawyers, insurance brokers, HR and risk consultants, PEO firms, payroll firms, worker comp carriers, etc...so I know who to trust to help a business in any capacity, and who to steer away from. I will be your trusted advisor; to care for your business the same way I wish there had been someone to help my dad all those years ago.
